• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in a fast-paced or operationally complex environment.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and system implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• On-site work in Boca Raton, FL.

Business Analyst | Boca Raton, FL

Coastal Waste & Recycling is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team in Boca Raton.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of business and technology—understanding how the business operates, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and translating those needs into practical technology solutions.

You’ll partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to support initiatives from initial discovery and requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in a fast-paced or operationally complex environment.


• Strong experience gathering requirements and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and system implementations.


• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and comfortably wear multiple hats.


• Experience working with developers, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data teams, vendors, or other technical resources.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.


• Must be able to work primarily on-site in Boca Raton, FL.

Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, operations, data/analytics platforms, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or Agile delivery is a plus. Experience in waste & recycling, logistics, transportation, field services, or another multi-site operational environment is also highly valued.
