Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills# **Om dig:**This is What You will do in The Role:* Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.* Data Transformation: Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.* Visualization & Storytelling: Build compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.* Collaborate with department/function experts to define important metrics, visualizations, and dashboards.* Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.* Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.* Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.What We Are Looking For:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).* Four+ years of experience as a data analyst, including managing projects and working with cross functional team.* Experience in data storytelling and simplifying complex information into clear ideas.* Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.* Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.* Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.
