Working within a cross-functional team, this individual will help identify and evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. They will partner with clients, data scientists, training and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams, and end-users to define requirements, facilitate successful solution delivery, support adoption, and measure business outcomes. They will play an essential role in analyzing and documenting current-state business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, and defining future-state processes and workflows. This role helps ensure technology investments deliver meaningful operational value.Responsibilities may include but not limited to:**Stakeholder Engagement*** Build productive relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
