Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a disciplined Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams in a remote, contract-to-hire role.

The analyst translates business needs into actionable requirements, supports project delivery, and ensures technology investments align with business goals while operating independently in a transforming organization focused on execution and IT value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, use cases, or functional requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience with software development or technology transformation initiatives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

Our client seeks a motivated Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role will translate business needs into actionable requirements, improve stakeholder engagement, support project delivery, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives. The analyst will operate independently, build trust across stakeholder groups, and bridge technical teams and business leadership within a transforming organization focused on execution, alignment, and IT value.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
