Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 for its EAIS unit in Addison, TX. The role focuses on ERP customization, system integration, and end-to-end delivery, working with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

You will contribute to architecture designs, develop and integrate features, configure interfaces, and ensure data consistency across ecosystems. This position supports global delivery and requires strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Assess ERP system performance and ensure customizations meet security and regulatory standards.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define process flows and business rules.

Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.

Lead requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and backlog grooming.

Support application design sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Ability to work in global delivery model

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
