Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor based in Pittsburgh, PA to partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders across business, project and technology teams.

You will gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. In collaboration with the Product Owner you will refine requirements, support prioritization, and ensure solutions align with objectives.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Experience eliciting business requirements and developing user stories
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Project Management experience is a plus

As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Enterprise Change Office organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. On the Clarizen (Planview AdaptiveWork) team, you will partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders across the business, project management, portfolio management, and technology organizations to enhance and support the enterprise change management platform. You will gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. In collaboration with the Product Owner, you will help refine requirements, support prioritization decisions, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. You will lead and support initiatives by defining solution needs, evaluating enhancement requests, and partnering with technical teams to deliver integrations, enhancements, and defect resolutions. You will also participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, support production releases, and serve as a liaison between business and technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.* Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements.* Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects.
