Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Business Affairs Responsibilities:

• Review influencer, creator, and creative campaign briefs to ensure alignment with existing MSAs, SOWs, and agency policies.
• Identify and escalate legal or compliance issues proactively.
• Proven experience in contract review, deal structuring, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media campaigns is a plus.

Business Affairs Requirements:

• JD and active bar membership is strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Affairs, Legal, or Contract Management role within an advertising agency, digital marketing,entertainment, talent agency, or media.
• Proven experience in contract review, deal structuring, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media campaigns is a plus
