A leading technology company is looking for a Business Affairs Manager V. This remote role involves vendor management and executing commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with data and privacy regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in operations or legal, with a strong understanding of contract negotiations and relationship management skills. JOB TITLE: Business Affairs Manager V
LOCATION: 100% remote (within the US- no timezone preference)
DURATION: 3 month contract
PAY RANGE: $88 - $99/hr

You will be hands-on in the vendor management operations of the cross-functional Business Affairs team. You\'ll combine your strong creative production contract acumen, creativity and growing understanding of ***\'s platform and products to contribute to an efficient and innovative team that sets the bar for the entire industry.
To be a good fit, you\'ll have expertise in, and passion for: commercial contract negotiations (including but not limited to PSAs/MSAs/SOWs), data protection agreements along with an understanding of data and privacy regulation and compliance matters. You’ll have fluency working with advertising agencies, media companies, publishers and production companies with a solid understanding of a range of content execution strategies. You are operationally-minded and ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the complexities of any business and strategy challenge.
