We Are Saatchi in El Segundo, CA seeks a Business Affairs Manager to coordinate with Producers, Account, Traffic and Legal teams. The role focuses on complex union contracts, licensing, budgets, and ensuring legal and financial integrity for branded content productions.

You will negotiate rights for music, talent, and IP, manage vendor invoices, and partner with social and production teams. A minimum of 2 years BA licensing experience and SAG-AFTRA familiarity are required; this in-person

Formación

• 2+ years BA management and licensing experience in advertising
• Strong knowledge of SAG-AFTRA commercials contract
• Understanding of social content usage, influencer outreach, contracting
• Knowledge of music rights, negotiation and licensingProcess

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Producers, Account, Traffic and Legal teams to execute creative vision
• Review materials for potential legal issues and minimize liability
• Determine and communicate third-party rights for IP use and negotiate licenses
• Manage talent, music, and UGC rights and licensing
• Handle talent negotiations, deal memos and long-form contracts
• Collaborate with Social team on creator/influencer procurement and contracting
• Prepare production estimates for client approval
• Budget oversight: declare insurance, draft contracts and purchase orders
• Process third-party invoices and monitor production budgets
• Maintain thorough project files and licensing records
• Share knowledge and best practices across departments
• Ensure adherence to quality standards set by department head
