Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Within a team environment, the Business Administration Specialist II will perform the following responsibilities:

  1. ECL Operations Administrative Support (45%)
  2. Record Keeping, Data Entry, and Data Quality Control (30%)
  3. Support Areas Liaison (15%)
  4. General Administrative Support (10%)

Job Specifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting senior management in financial operational or business administration functions.
  • Travel: Requires 10% travel for inventory reviews, audits, and training at agency and regional locations. Driving can be with a CCRC vehicle or personal vehicle, meeting all licensing and insurance requirements.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Work Environment: Hybrid model with remote and office work.

Background & Health Clearance Requirements:

  • Background check, Live Scan/DOJ Fingerprinting, Health Clearance, MVR/DMV clearance, Child Development Permit, CPR certification, and Federal Debarment Checks may be required depending on the role.
