Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in related field required or preferred.
• MBA or master’s degree with 18 graduate credits in business-related discipline.
• Advanced communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Knowledge of the ACBSP process.
• Experience with experiential learning and assessment techniques.
• Interest in student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Participation in a professional society.
• QM certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and high academic standards.
• Spend at least 40 hours per week on direct instruction, preparation and evaluation of instruction, accessibility to students, committee work, advising and service to the college and community.
• Be available to students and responsive to their needs.
• Be prepared to teach across multiple college locations and scheduling needs.
