Master’s Transportation is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore exteriors on buses, vans, and customer vehicles. You’ll repair damaged bodies, meet OEM specs, and ensure high-quality finishes. The role covers estimating, parts coordination, and precise detailing with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Degree or certification from an accredited body shop program, or equivalent experience (3+ years).
• Able to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles, assess exterior damage, and generate repair estimates.
• Order parts and ensure repairs meet OEM specifications.
• Reshape panels and repaint as needed.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces using tools.
• Follow factory specifications and safety protocols with quality workmanship.
