Job summary

This full-time, 12-month position supports the maintenance of the district’s fleet and the Transportation Department facilities in Bemidji. You will help keep buses and assets in safe, reliable condition.

The position pays $28.12 per hour with benefits including sick leave, vacation, holidays, and health insurance. A commercial driver’s license with a school bus endorsement is required, along with maintenance experience; an ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must obtain and maintain a commercial driver’s license with a school bus endorsement.
• Experience or education in medium to heavy duty truck maintenance is required.
• ASE certification preferred.
