Overview

Position: Bus Sys Analyst Cnslt at PNC. The role is within PNC's Asset Management Technology organization with locations in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Dallas, TX; or Birmingham, AL. Time in the office or in the field is regularly required, with some responsibilities potentially performed remotely at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhances system productivity as needed.
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors (or equivalent combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience)
• Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience; certifications are often desired
• Certifications: CBAP (preferred); No required certification(s) listed
• Licenses: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred
