Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bus activities to reinforce bus safety protocols.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of scholars to and from destinations.
• Work with the driver to assist with emergency bus evacuation procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning and address spills or illnesses on the bus.
• Fill out incident report forms and document injuries on the bus.
• Call families to obtain an ETA when they are not at the stop.
• Supervise scholars who need to be returned to school until families arrive.
• Email leadership to summarize safety incidents requiring action.
• Perfom other duties as requested by school leadership or the bus driver.
