Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Bus Runner for Din Tai Fung at Aria to help deliver a world-class dining experience by keeping stations clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times. You will assist servers and help create a seamless dining experience for every guest.

Starting rate is $15.2119 hourly + tips. This entry-level role rewards reliability, flexibility, and a passion for hospitality in one of the world’s premier entertainment destinations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department

THE JOB:

As a Bus Runner at Din Tai Fung at Aria, you'll be an essential part of delivering a world-class dining experience by ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you'll clear and reset tables, maintain stocked service stations, and provide Food Servers with the support they need to deliver exceptional service. You'll also assist with the efficient delivery of food and help create a seamless dining experience for every guest. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
