Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of menu offerings to support guest service and assist team members as needed.
• Support front-of-house operations by stocking and replenishing service areas.
• Set, clear, clean, and reset dining tables, bar tops, and service stations.
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests accurately and professionally.
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and garnishes.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, chefs, and supervisors regarding guest requests and changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in expo lines, dining areas, and stations.
• Support banquet, special events, and high-volume operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures; work collaboratively with team.
