ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Keep side stations stocked.
2. Assist Food Servers as necessary.
3. Help control waste and breakage by handling service ware with caution; loading and unloading bus tubs with care; avoiding discarding reusable items.
4. Assist in keeping the restaurant neat and clean.
5. Wipe down chairs, tables, child seats, and pick up floors around each table bussed.
6. Observe good sanitation and safety procedures.
7. Adhere to the Thoughtful Service Model at all times.
8. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Regular attendance is required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and write simple correspondences, memos, and lists.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with weight measurements, volume, and distance.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Basic computer knowledge preferred.

REASONING ABILITY
