Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bus Person to clear and reset tables, stock stations, and assist servers in line with guest service and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, serving beverages and bread, transporting dirty tableware, and supporting the team while following safety guidelines and MSDS/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.

• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
