Job summary

HHM Hospitality in Culver City, CA is seeking a Bus Person to support servers by clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, and assisting during peak service.

You will follow sustainability guidelines under EarthView, maintain station cleanliness, and adhere to safety practices while delivering friendly guest experiences.

This role requires physical stamina and flexibility; work schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations across all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, breads and butter to guests and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Practice safe work habits and wear safety equipment per MSDS/OSHA.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
