Job summary

Four Queens Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a guest-focused assistant to support the food service team. You will help greet guests, deliver beverages, and ensure tables are clean and well stocked throughout service.

Responsibilities include quick beverage service, periodic table visits to anticipate needs, and carrying out other duties as assigned. A professional appearance and ability to work weekends or early shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings.
• Must be able to carry and balance service tray on shoulder.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

• Ensures that non-alcoholic drink orders are taken and delivered quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and well‑stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
• Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items or service is desired.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings.
• Must be able to carry and balance service tray on shoulder. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain all local, state, and federal regulatory permits as required by position.
• Musts have the ability to work in a team environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels.

Must work calmly and under stress when the volume of business increases.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
