Binion's Gambling Hall in Las Vegas seeks a friendly Bus Person to assist servers and ensure smooth dining room operations. You will greet guests, help with beverage delivery, keep tables clean, and restock condiments to support excellent guest service.

This role requires the ability to work weekends/nights, maintain a professional appearance, and lift up to 40 pounds while contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Training emphasizes health and safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic; must read/write/speak English.
• High school diploma preferred; professional appearance required.
• Ability to work weekends/nights/early mornings; team environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Must obtain local/state regulations permits as required.

• Ensures that non-alcoholic drink orders are taken and delivered quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and well-stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items or service is desired.
• Other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and ensures each guest has a dining room menu.
• Ensures that non-alcoholic drink orders are taken and delivered quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and well-stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
• Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items or service is desired.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings.
• Must be able to carry and balance service tray on shoulder. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain all local, state, and federal regulatory permits as required by position.
• Musts have the ability to work in a team environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels. Must work calmly and under stress when the volume of business increases. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
