Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bus Person to support dining room operations. You will set up and clear tables, stock stations, and assist food servers to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role involves maintaining clean service areas, serving beverages and bread, transporting dirty dishes to the back, and following HHM's EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety standards. The growth path includes opportunities to advance from Bus Person to Food Runner, Restaurant Server, and Restaurant Floor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
