Shuttle Bus Leasing, a D/T Carson Enterprises, Inc. company, is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead the Production Department and oversee repairs and overhauls of buses and heavy-duty vehicles.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers a salary of $71,000-$83,000/year, medical benefits, and retirement plan options. We require 5+ years of diesel maintenance experience on buses or coaches, 3-5 years of supervisory leadership, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years diesel maintenance experience on buses, transit, or coach buses.
• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of bus or heavy-duty systems (HVAC, Electrical, Engine, Suspensions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have computer skills.
• Ability to train, guide, and direct a crew.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license, Class A and/or Class B with Passenger Endorsement.
• Must have own tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the maintenance staff to meet production goals (quality, cost and schedule).
• Stimulates efficiency and productivity of Maintenance staff.
• Establishes working schedules for departments connected with Maintenance.
• Maintains safety, policies and housekeeping standards.
• Recommends hiring/release to maintain repairs and roll outs.
• Prepares shift schedules for Maintenance staff.
