Y2Marketing is seeking skilled Diesel Mechanics to join their team in Charlotte. This role requires you to repair and maintain diesel buses, ensuring their functionality and safety. Comprehensive benefits, including paid holidays and healthcare, are offered after a waiting period.

The ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience and must be flexible regarding shifts. A competitive starting rate between $34.22 and $39.92 per hour is available, along with various premium incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience on vehicle maintenance (Truck – Bus – Automotive) or a graduate of a Technical training school.
• Must have own tools, including Multi Meter and various wrenches.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Completes maintenance on all vehicle types and safety equipment.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts on diesel buses.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace brake systems and air systems.
