Responsibilities and Skills

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety by complying with all traffic laws and transit regulations, operating safely in all weather conditions, and driving without breaks for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain punctuality.
• Use route navigation apps, two-way hands-free radios, and electronic logs effectively.
• Possess a clean driving record, CDL with Passenger and Air Brakes endorsements.
• Successfully pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers.
• Adhere to company policies and work with operations to enforce them.
• High school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience are preferred.

Some shifts may operate 24/7, including split shifts.
