This is a safety-focused, outdoors-involved training position with flexible shifts. Salary ranges from $28.00 to $31.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsements for a minimum of 4 years.
• Minimum 3 years' experience driving a CMV Bus.
• 2 to 4 years transportation & safety experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety rules and regulations.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training to new drivers.
• Maintain required training documentation and completion for compliance with state certification, company policies and district, state & federal requirements.
• Additional safety program responsibilities such as, accident investigation, forms compliance, & safety meetings
• Other duties as required.
