Job summary

Upper Darby School District Transportation Department is seeking safe, responsible and professional bus drivers for the 26/27 school year. Available immediately, starting wage is $22.00 per hour during training.

Candidates must have a clean driving record, time-management and communication skills, and be able to meet physical demands. Clearances (FBI, PA Child Abuse History, PA Criminal Background) may be required; prior experience welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Clear driving record and safety-minded approach.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to meet the physical/sensory demands of the role.
• Prior bus driving experience is a plus but not required.
• Clearances: FBI Criminal Clearance, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal Background Check.
