Job summary

Regency at Chagrin Falls in Ohio is seeking a bus driver to transport residents to appointments and outings, and to interact with hospitals and doctor’s offices to ease the transportation process.

You will ensure safety by using proper seat belts and equipment, maintain a patient, cheerful demeanor, and deliver compassionate service while supporting residents with basic needs throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be an STNA.
• Ability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow a schedule on resident appointments and be timely.
• Interact with residents one-on-one in a respectful manner.
• Safely assist residents on and off the bus using seatbelts and safety equipment.
• Demonstrate confidence when driving a company bus.
• Maintain patience and a cheerful disposition while working with staff.

Are you interested in driving the Ciena Healthcare bus around town while taking residents to various appointments and outings in the community? Are you interested in interacting with hospitals and doctor’s offices? That’s exactly what you’ll be doing in this position--creating a legacy by interacting with residents one-on-one outside of the facility and helping them feel comfortable in the transportation process, and assisting the residents with basic needs throughout the facility.

• Have confidence driving a company bus.
• Maintain patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel.
