Job summary

Talentify in Topeka, KS is looking for a reliable bus driver responsible for transporting passengers to assigned destinations safely and on schedule.

You will schedule stops as directed, maintain clean vehicles, complete required paperwork, and stay in touch with management for schedule changes. A valid CDL and clean driving record are required, with adherence to federal and state driving regulations. This is a full-time role with opportunities to support community programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a good driving record; may require CDL license and must provide a copy of motor vehicle driving record prior to employment.
• Ability to drive the bus or other vehicles, meeting all federal and state driving regulations and requirements.
• Ability to operate the bus or other vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
• Ability to maintain the bus or other vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus or other vehicles to and from required destinations safely.
• Schedule destinations as directed by the Management Team.
• Be accessible to management during working hours via cell phone and/or pager or other means for schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Ensure the bus and/or other vehicles are clean.
• Timely completion and submission of paperwork related to the duties as required.
• May be assigned to other job functions in the community when not driving or on a relief basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
