Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a full‑time bus driver for our Adult Day Center on The King David Campus in Beachwood, OH. The role runs Monday through Friday and involves transporting clients, assisting with boarding, and helping residents engage with activities.

Qualified applicants will hold a High School diploma, a valid Ohio driver’s license with a certified abstract, and the ability to pass a drug screen. DRIVE training completion within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a Certified Ohio BMV Driving Abstract.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility needs as required
• Experience in a senior housing, adult day, or related care setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, patient, and cheerful disposition.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to complete and pass the DRIVE training course within 6 months of hire.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
