Bus Driver - 7.25 hrs/day (Transportation)

Position Summary: Bus Drivers are qualified to operate a regular school bus, including those with special features and equipment to assist students with mobility and access issues. They transport students on designated routes, special trips, and athletic events.

Salary: $23.39 - $30.94 per hour in 9 annual steps, based on experience (max step 5 for new hires).

Location: Transportation

Hours: 7.25 hours/day, 5 days/week

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of 20 hours classroom instruction on skills, regulations, safety; and 20 hours behind-the-wheel training.

Licenses and Certifications: Valid Commercial Class A or B Driver's License; medical exam card; California Special Driver Certificate with PS Endorsement; CPR and ARC First Aid Certificates.

Employment Conditions: Insurability, passing pre-employment drug tests, and random drug testing. Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse.
