Job summary

Coach USA is actively hiring Bus Drivers in Maryland to join our growing team. This role requires a CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements, and we value safety, reliability, and a customer‑friendly approach.

Training is provided, with wages starting at $20.00 per hour during training and $24.15 per hour after successful completion of the program. We offer competitive benefits, paid time off after 3 months, and overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations in the last 7 years.
• Pass pre-employment essential function test.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Meet DOT physical qualifications.
• Be willing to work varied schedules and locations.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to and from destinations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety while on duty.
