Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Bus Driver in Noblesville, IN for a full-time, on-site role. You will assist residents with transportation to appointments and outings, while ensuring safety and timeliness in coordination with facility staff.

The position emphasizes compassionate service, teamwork, and adherence to our CARE values. CNA certification is preferred, with the option to obtain within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months experience transporting persons.
• CNA certification preferred. Willing to obtain CNA within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to and from appointments and outings, safely using ramps and tie-downs.
• Communicate with the facility to ensure timeliness of outings and report accidents or incidents.
• Provide compassionate care and support as part of a positive team.
• Uphold safety procedures and company values in daily activities.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 25 years of age
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months experience transporting persons and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer Service focused andthe ability to demonstrate our core values listed above is a must!
• CNA certification is preferred. Must be open to getting CNA certification within the first six (6) months of employment
