Job summary

Prov is seeking a School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school activities, acting as a guardian of their daily journeys. You will help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all riders.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, assisting students boarding and exiting, maintaining order, and adjusting schedules as needed. CDL with P/S endorsements or willingness to obtain with our training support is required.

Qualifications

• A valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements, or willingness to obtain with our training support.
• A clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.

As a School Bus Driver, you'll do more than operate a vehicle-you'll be a trusted Christian guardian of our students' daily journeys. Your role directly supports student success by giving families peace of mind and helping our school run smoothly.

Expectations:

• Safely operate a school bus to and from designated locations, following all traffic laws and district safety protocols.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
• Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.
• Maintain order and a positive atmosphere on the bus, using respectful communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Adjust schedules as needed due to traffic, weather, or special events.
• Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

Provide the following:

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements-or willingness to obtain with our training support.

• Previous professional driving experience preferred.
