Sylvania seeks a Bus Driver responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of students to and from schools and events. This role requires a valid CDL with appropriate endorsements and a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.

Schedule: 6 hours per day, when school is in session
Salary: $18.31 - $25.99 per hour, based on relevant prior work experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee must have the ability to climb in and out of the bus multiple times per day. The employee will frequently bend or twist at the neck and trunk to adjust mirrors, check blind spots, and secure students as needed. The employee will make frequent, repetitive movements of the legs and feet while operating pedals. Employees will use their hands to handle, control, grasp, move, and feel controls and tools. The employee is occasionally required to reach above head and shoulder level. Occasionally required to carry, lift, and move up to 50 pounds. The employee must have sufficient vision to operate a school bus and be capable of operating a vehicle in adverse weather conditions. In-person work is required.
