SCHOOL UNION 122 - WOODLAND CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL in Baileyville, ME is seeking a part-time bus driver for the 2026-2027 school year. The driver will transport students safely to and from school, in all weather, and maintain a clean, mechanically sound bus while complying with traffic laws.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to interact calmly with students in a team environment; CDL with P/S endorsements are preferred, but training is possible for the right candidate.

IMMEDIATE BUS DRIVER POSITION FOR SY 2026-2027

School Union 122 has an immediate opening for a bus driver for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a team environment. They should possess the ability to safely transport students to and from school in all weather conditions. They will maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus and have a strong understanding of traffic laws. The candidate must be willing to interact with students and have an authoritative and calm demeanor to maintain a safe environment while traveling. The candidate should be free of any traffic or criminal violations.

Required Qualifications

• Current CDL license with P and S endorsements preferred (but willing to train the right candidate), a clean driving record, and CHRC approval from MDOE.

Benefits

• 20 hours per week, pay depends on experience, health benefits package, sick time and paid time off.
