Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner on public roads and job sites.
- Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with documentation in compliance with company and DOT guidelines.
- Check fluid levels, tires, lights, and other controls for safe operation.
- Properly follow all company policies and procedures for a safe working environment.
- Obey applicable laws and follow dispatch instructions.
- Keep vehicle in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance at assigned times.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid current DOT Med Cert and/or able to secure a new DOT Med Cert card.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively; bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers with other duties as instructed.
- Must maintain a current driver’s license that meets state requirements, i.e., CDL, Class A or B driver license along with passenger endorsement.
- Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated in the handbook.

- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Thorough operational knowledge and skills of trucks and related equipment to be operated.
- Ability to operate equipment safely under a variety of conditions.
Work Environment
- Accustomed to working outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
Physical Demands
- Able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- May require sitting for extended periods of time.
- Able to climb in and out of trucks (3-4 steps).
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Must be able to work 40 plus hours a week, including 6 days a week, and some night work and weekends.
