Job summary

WE Transport Inc. is seeking a School Bus Aide to support drivers and help ensure student safety on every trip. The role focuses on assisting the driver, greeting students, and maintaining a safe bus environment, with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week.

The starting hourly rate is $18.43, reflecting commitment to competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. This position supports school transportation for public, private, and special needs students, contributing to safe, reliable service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Available from 6 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday with a mid-day break.

Responsibilities

• Help the Driver focus on driving the assigned vehicle.
• Greet students in a pleasant manner.
• Help students as necessary.
• Ensure all students arrive safely at their destination.
• Perform child checks at the conclusion of every tour of duty.
• Always maintain a safe environment on the bus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Guarantee a minimum of 25 hours per week.
