Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) invites applications for a Bus Aide role in Woodburn, OR. You will assist the Bus Driver to transport children safely, supervise their behavior, and help ensure a healthy, educational bus ride with positive communication to families.
The position emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and participation in documentation and daily activities to support transportation safety and family engagement.

Assists the Bus Driver in transporting children safely on the school bus. Helps to ensure that children are transported in a healthy and educational environment and facilitates communication with staff and parents regarding the children’s needs and center activities.
Assists the Bus Driver in the implementation of OCDC and state requirements for transportation of children in the school bus by:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.71 hourly. Placement within the range is determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
