Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools is seeking a Bus Driver/Bus Aide to assist the driver in transporting students to and from school and to support students with special needs on the bus. The role ensures safety and order during trips.

The position offers 4.0 to 7.5 hours per day across 173 days per year, with an ASAP start date. Compensation is set at $21.37/hour under the applicable agreement.

Qualifications

DESCRIPTION

Performs semiskilled work assisting driver of the school bus, picking up and delivering students to/from school. Assists students with special need such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, etc. Work is performed under the general direction of the Transportation Supervisor. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable an individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

High School Diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE DESIRED/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
