Job summary

Rosaires Care in Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) – Burn Trauma ICU to provide advanced, patient-centered nursing care for critically ill burn and trauma patients in an ICU setting. You will manage complex wounds, ventilator-dependent patients, and hemodynamic support to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with experience in critical care or ICU nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment for high-acuity patients.
• Competence with ventilator care and hemodynamic support.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based critical care nursing for burn and trauma patients.
• Assess, monitor, and manage complex wounds and related complications.
• Support and troubleshoot ventilators and respiratory status.
• Administer and monitor hemodynamic therapies and physiologic parameters.
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a culture of respect, learning, and well-being through ongoing education.
