• Ability to work with Burn Medical Director and Burn Program Manager for peer review and quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate OSUMC's burn program through quality reviews and process improvement.
• Collaborate with the Burn Medical Director for peer review and closed-loop communication on all quality concerns.
• Develop a functional knowledge base in burn data collection, entry, coding, validation and the annual report.
