Job summary

You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, and provide companionship. Fluency in Burmese and English, HHA certification, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Burmese and English (spoken and written).
• Current HHA certification or equivalent caregiver experience.
• Prior experience in home care or related healthcare setting.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license preferred.
• Pass background check and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Burmese and English (spoken and written) is required
• Current HHA (Home Health Aide) certification or equivalent caregiver experience
• Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting
• Ability to assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state employment requirements
