What You'll Do...

• Safely operate equipment such as Directional Drill, Backhoe / Excavator, Skid Steer, Tractor Trailer, Vacuum Truck/Trailer.
• Place conduit and cable.
• Restore and landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite.
• Handle site setup and cleanup.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before starting construction.
• Set up safety perimeters with signage, cones, barriers, and flag traffic as needed.
• Follow instructions accurately.

Who We Are Looking For...

• Experience with heavy equipment and understanding of their capabilities.
• Ability to use small tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; Class A CDL preferred.
• Proficiency with locators for utility identification.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious attitude.
• Availability for overtime, after-hours, weekends, or on-call work.
• Previous construction or utility construction experience.
