Qualifications

• Must have a food handler’s permit.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates a guest-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare high quality ingredients for the Burger Prep Line.
• Read Tickets and assemble angus beef burgers and bag for the guest.
• Keep the Prep Area and Burger Prep Line cleaned and stocked.
• Communicate with Kitchen crew about Prep needs and restock or prepare more as needed.
