Job Description:As a Burger King Team Member, you will be a vital part of our restaurant operations, responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food items in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.* Operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide correct change.* Prepare food and beverage products according to Burger King standards and recipes, including grilling, frying, and assembling burgers and other menu items.* Ensure food quality, presentation, and order accuracy.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.* Assist with stocking inventory and receiving deliveries.* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.* Follow all company policies and procedures.Job Qualifications* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume setting.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Must be at least 16 years of age.Disclaimer:The list of Principal Duties, Essential Functions, and Basic Qualifications is illustrative but not exhaustive.
