Our Team Members are the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. To succeed in this role, Team Members should be able to smile, maintain eye contact, and have a cheerful and positive attitude.

Job Duties:

1. Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
2. Help customers order their favorite meals
3. Partner with other Team Members and Managers to meet daily goals and foster a fun environment
4. Keep the restaurant looking clean and inviting
5. Serve and assist others as needed

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
