Our Team Members are the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. Whether you're seeking a full-time position or a part-time job to support your ambitions, we have opportunities available. Crew member roles are flexible, with shifts during breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. To succeed, Team Members should be able to smile, maintain eye contact, and have a cheerful, positive attitude.

Job Duties

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite meals
• Prepare customer meals
• Partner with other Team Members and Managers to meet daily goals and enjoy the work environment
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming
• Assist and serve others

Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach
• Work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs
