JSC Management Group is seeking motivated restaurant team members in Cranston, RI. You’ll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help prepare and package food with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Formación

• Greet guests with a smile and maintain politeness and respect.
• Receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to guest issues.
• Verify the accuracy of guests’ orders and help prepare and package orders.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in all work areas.
• Willing to help unload and stock inventory items.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and multitask.
• Strong ability to walk and stand through 4-8 hour shifts and lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to always meet and maintain Company uniform and grooming standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn how to perform basic tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and take accurate orders while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Process payments and address guest questions or concerns.
• Ensure order accuracy and assist in packing orders for service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with health standards.
• Assist with stocking inventory and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Rotate through stations and multitask to support busy service periods.
